Fog light install

Hi,

I have a 2000 tundra 2WD regular cab pickup truck v6. Does anyone know if the truck had the wire harness built in for the addition of fog lights?

The switch on the dash board is plugged with a blanking cover and there are of course covers where the fog lights go on the metal bumper, but is the wire istalled so that I can add the lights, switch and relay?
