Default 2005 Tundra Double Cab Remote Starter?

Had a remote starter on my 4runner and loved it, now its time to install one in the Tundra!

Do the remote starters interfere with the Tundra's "auto-start" function (turn key, let go, Tundra cranks itself)?

Does the Tundra have built in anti-grind? (I have never turned the key when its already started, but since its a newer car you never know)

What remote starter would best suit my needs? I don't need any alarm or door lock control, I want to use my stock remotes, I want it to play nicely with the OEM alarm (keysense wire?)

Are there any "t" harnesses available for the 05 Tundra Double cab? I really don't want to hack up my stock wiring!

Thanks in advance!

Default Re: 2005 Tundra Double Cab Remote Starter?

EDIT: doesn't really need anti -grind, my 2005 Tundra DC has auto-crank and anti-grind built in

Also, I know the lights on the Tundra shut off when you open the door, are there any other components that are controlled by the drivers door opening after shutting off the engine, that could be a bad thing to not have the door open?

I just have to find a good way to activate the remote start with the stock remote. I thought about hooking it up to the door locks, but that could be dangerous if a child played with the door lock switch on the door panel while I'm driving, couldn't it?
