Fiamm horn installation help????

The time has finally come to replace the economy car horn in my 2000 Tundra. Thanks to the great information found here on TundraSolutions, I chose a Fiamm horn (Fiamm Riviera 66030). It has just arrived, and the instructions are less than clear. Can anyone help? If anyone has installed these, please share how you installed them.
