Default HID Adjustments / Light Adjustments

Hey guys. Well..........about 1 out of every 5 cars flashes me with brights becuz my lights are too high. I have 8000k HID's so i not only blind people but hurt there eyes. Is there a way to lower the lights? My truck also have a 2.5" lift in the front so that doesnt help either. But anyone know how to lower them a few inches??? WHO knows, i could be blinding YOU NEXT!! Seriously.......my lights do hurt eyes.

Once you do the headlight adjustment, you still might get high-beamed. If your bulbs are shielded like this photo or even less shielded, they're producing too much glare.

PS that's cool of you to realize there's a problem with your lighting and ask around rather than being inconsiderate to other drivers. I cringe whenever I see someone rig a HID system into their ride. PM me if you need any more help with the lights, although I'd rather you post them so other's can learn

I adjusted the lights on my '01 last night. Very simple to do. Make sure you use a #2 Phillips screwdriver, if not a #1 won't grab the turning wheels inside the mechanism very well. BTW mine only "clicked" once on 1 side then not at all but was still adjusting.
