My belt was squealing and I thought it may be the tensioner. I did the timing belt last week and changed only the belt. It was starting to crack and deteriorate. The new belt fixed the squealing. It is pretty easy with two people. Just follow the belt diagram decal (on the top near the radiator) for installing.
