looking at headers and sts turbo kit....who or how can i get the ecu tuned for these mods and why doesnt anyone offer programs for these trucks......5.7l

Cause it's brandspankinew and they haven't had time to make them up yet.

Unichip is supposed to have one out by first part of next year, keep your eyes on them, they did a really good job on the previous tundra.
