I was wondering I need 1000CC injectors min to upgrade my fuel system to use E85.. Does anyone know of any good companies that sell 1000CC injectors that fit the stock tundra fuel rail? I don't want to have to drill out the holes to 14mm for most bosch before I know there is another solution. Thanks

Why would you want to burn E-85 even if it were free? Your mileage will tank your fuel supply system will disappear and your check engine light will never ever go out because nothing in the truck was made to deal with lethal doses of ethanol.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to syphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
This is in a supra with a standalone and its a race car so why would I care about mileage? I found some injectors already but what about the fuel rail. Does anyone know the limits of it? I might as well get the wolfkatz.

LG, at the current price of E85, it can actually be a wash, in some some lucky places, it is actually cheaper per mile to run E85.
As the dollar loses value day by day, causing oil prices to SOAR!!!!! Gas will keep going up and up and up and up. A year from now, E85 will defainatly have its cost savings.
Bigger fuel tank? Maybe, or just more frequent fill ups. Maybe toyota will get rid of it's 15-17G mentality and upgrade to 20G. That should be enough. Not sure how big the tank is on the Tundra, but adding another 25% capacity shouldn't be too tough.
As for the fuel system handing the Ethanol? Many modern composites used in current production cars will be able to handle the 85% mixture just fine. Might just need to send in your fuel rails to be anodized.
And the PERFORMANCE gain you can get with the E85. So for you SUPERCHARGED guys out there. Do you have any idea what 108 octane can do for you?
I run E85 in my daily driver turbo car. On pump gas I run about 13-14 degrees of timing under boost at 20psi. On E85, I am running 19 degrees of timing under boost and love EVERY BIT OF IT.

The better question is why are you posting this in a Tundra forum and not even mentioning that you are referring to a Supra? Everyone will assume you are talking about an 07 Tundra by default.

I believe you are badly mistaken that most newer? vehicles wouldn't be damaged using E-85. Anyone that thinks ethanol can stand on it's own without a state and federal subsidy is badly mistaken so don't forget to add those numbers to your analysis. My mileage drops a minimum of 2 mpg using 87 octane 10% ethanol blended gasoline (it's the law in this liberal DFL state) and I have to pay taxes to both governments for this boondoggle. You do what you want with your vehicle but I'll fill mine without the blend wherever I can.

I am talking about the composits used. If you try to use E-85 without making proper ECU changes, yes, you will probably end up causing problems. Damage? Probably not unless you are Supercharged. It just won't run worth a darn otherwise because you would be too lean on anything b ut idle or cruise STOICH is STOICH no matter what fuel and your ECU will try to remain there. It is the accelration maps that will not adjust very well and your engine light will probably come on because of too lean mixture and the ECU will try to adjust and will do a very very poor job at it.
I run AEM stand alone so i can do whatever I want. I was getting 17-19mpg before E85. Now I get 16mpg. Not that big of deal.

Have you tried at Lextreme.com? Bunch of those guys are on here as well, they're really helpful. I recall people using Supra injectors years ago (2002?), don't know if those threads even exist now...I don't remember if they swapped the fuel rail or just changed the injector cores.
According to this synthetic rubber is immuned to Ethanol. I am pretty sure anything that has to do with fuel on a vehicle is synthetic anymore. You could in fact just drop in 25% larger injectors, and your ECU/O2 sensors could not detect the difference. Only concern would be the aluminum fuel rails, but it would probably take more than the life of the vehicle to damage those beyond use, or you can get them anodized.
