Default Can only start up after 20 min & white smoke, p0172, p0175

So when my engine is cold it starts up fine. I drive for a very short distance (runs very strong and smooth, smoother than before, no misfires) shut off the car and try to start it up again and it just cranks. i keep cranking and it could never start. I would have to wait and leave the car alone for 20min then it would start up again. When it finally starts there is a lot of white smoke coming for the exhaust and it seems that water is spewing out as well. I can see the wet condensation on the ground. could this be because i have been cranking the engine and flooding it and when it starts it is excessively rich causing my dtc's?

well, I replaced my spark plugs, checked the resistance of the coil packs and plug cables and everything seems fine. it still has the problem. I thought it could be a blown head gasket but im not excessively losing any coolant and it is not overheating. I thought maybe I boosted too much and damaged my piston rings and oil is getting in the combustion chamber, but im not getting excessive blow by or losing any oil. I pulled a spark plug out to read it and the electrode is whiter than normal, but the base has thick black carbon/soot on it (could this be rich startup/idle and lean WOT).

I checked my fuel pressure when cranking and it is fine except the fact that it drops pressure fast after i stop cranking. i don't know if it is normal i did not pay attention before. So, i think it could be a clogged or leaking injector. i pulled the injectors today and they seem clean, but i will send them out to get them professionally cleaned and flow tested.

Im not sure what else it could be. I don't want to pull the motor apart just yet. I hope its not a cracked piston ring land which is common on boosted is's or head gasket failure.

btw this is not on my tundra she is running perfectly, it is on my lexus is300 turbocharged.

thank you for your help
