At 1sttoyotaparts.com you can find out the MSRP price for factory quality O2 sensors and the discount (28% off) price.

Best place to buy O2 sensors are NGK Spark plug, NGK Spark Plug wire, NGK Platinum Spark plug for High Performance and Racing.. They are 1:1 match with OEM, no splicing of wire, direct fit with correct end connectors.

I bought mine from the above website as 25-50% less than OEM and it has lasted me a long time.

NGK oxygen sensors, spark plugs and wires are good quality, but a step down from Denso. Here's an example of what happened to a Toyota expert who used an NGK oxygen sensor: Re: NTK oxygen sensor
The top quality Denso sensor is only $20 more.

This is an isolated case. I will give you my story on it and have others draw their own conclusions...

The 5th Maxima was riddled with ignition coil issues and mine starting popping P032* codes right from 40K miles. I left the coils in there for another 20K miles and with poor ignition and burn the fuel made it to the sensors and fouled it. Replaced the coils at 60K and O2s at round 70K miles with NGKs and I have close to 70K on them now, with no problems.

I think NGK sensors will serve you well in place of expensive OEM sensors.
