Default AT, 4 speed ???

I have a 07, with a 2.7 and 4 speed AT. The ?? is when i give it the gas you have to mash it hard to get it to down shift. I shift my self it has good power. Is this the norm? You don't notes it in less you are in a rush__LIMITED

My 06 is the same way. So I'd assume thats the way they come from the factory.

Try letting completely off the gas before stepping on it.
