Default ECT Mod

Well I was surfing the net and found a Toyota site called Yotatech.com and I was reading the post I found this ECT or "Engine Coolent Temperature" mod here is a site for it www.midiwall.com/4Runner/ect.html
Can this be done the the Tundra.
