Default Torque on LSD drain and fill plugs?

So, I was looking at this thread: DIY: Differential Oil Drain & Fill

And this image...

Do those numbers mean those bolts require 36 INCH-lbs of torque? I've only got a FT-lb torque wrench.

If so, is it really that critical? I'd rather not spend even more money right now... seeing as I just spent over $250 on all the tolls and parts to get this far (granted, I'll be using all of those tools in the future... but it's still a lot to be spending right now).

Edit: Need a fast answer too... in the middle of the job right now.

It's ft-lbs unless otherwise noted.

Awesome list!

Cool, thanks for the help. I managed to get the Rear LSD fluid completely changed... runs great. No major problems, which is always a plus.

I also tried re-torquing the bolts on the driveshaft... but I could only get to the two the hold the center point up to the body, and the 4 that connect the d/s to the rear diff.

Any ideas on how to get to all the rest?

Did they move at all I personally wouldn't worry about them everytime I've tried to do mine they were always tight to specs. From what I heard this is something the dealers don't even check this but will bill you for it.

The bolts that I could get to didn't budge before my torque wrench told me I was at the right amount.
