Default Tranny hesitates shifting

Has anybody else had this problem? My truck has always seem to have been like this. It seems like it got a lil worse with the CAI. It just holds the gear a lil too long, and if i let up on the gas just a lil itll shift. It dpoesnt do it allll the time prolly like 80% of the time. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Does that mean my tranny is goin to hell or what? My fluid is great and still pink as can be.

My 07cm shifts like crap. It always feels like it's slipping, clunking. Downshifts from 2nd to 1sr really hard. In and out of reverse is always a big "what was that". I have not had it looked at yet but it's coming soon.

My 05 shifts late into second gear, it runs like 2500 rpms at 60 than finally gets back down to about 1850-1900. This happens after I had my Daystar spacers installed and my tires upsized to 285/75/16's.
