Default stone racing headers? good/bad?

some one is selling a set of headers made by stone racing development in stainless for 250 an dif you take a photo of it installed for their website they refund half of what you paid . how good are these headers? should i stay clear ? do they really make a difference in horsepower especially since they claim 3500rpm and up ? i dont drive in that range and im skeptical . any input advice will be appreciated

So, do you have their Web site to share so we can check it out?

Thanks,

Jim.

Default stone headers

i saw those on ebay, they looked like JBA copies. i'm guessing performance would be the same as the JBAs.

Where on ebay? Got a URL? A search for "tundra header", "stone racing", etc. turned up empty. (I even searched on Completed Items).

There web site is here:
http://www.ssautochrome.com/
One thing to keep in mind, I emailed the company about these and they are NOT CARB approved. Could definitely be a problem if you live in CA.

I looked through that website and didn't find headers for the Tundra.

For some reason they do not list the Tundra headers on the site. Here is their current ebay listing:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6770

They also make a reference on their ebay ad to a FIPK, but it is not on their site either.

I bet the JBA is better though for power because of its fire cone collector.

Default RE: Bidding War

Sorry ROBROM1. I was just trying to let everyone know what I had found out regarding these headers. I think most who replied were genuinely trying to help as well.
Personally, I think I would stick with the JBA's anyway.
