Default heard clunk when cruising

Heard a clunk when cruising at 45 mph and letting off accelerator, enough for wife to say "what was that".

14,000 miles on 2 w.d. crewmax, 5.7.

has anyone HEARD this before with slight gas pedal press then release and clunk you can hear at 45 mph?

I am not talking about the slight surges you FEEL when slowing down.
