was wondering if any of you can recommend a good shop to get a flowmaster muffler put on for a reasonable price? also, what diameter inlet and outlet should i go with for the best performance?

I got my flowmaster 40 series put on by a shop in Placentia called McLeod motorsports. They are an authorized flowmaster installer. I got 3" in and out and a chrome tip.

Thumbs up Good shop in Covina...

Hey parkpower,

I went to A1 Turbo Muffler in Covina. (Azusa @ Covina Blvd.) They'll install a FM of your choice for $120.00. If you want a single in/single out muffler, go w/a 2.5" in/out. If you want a single in/dual out, go w/a 2.5" in/2" outs. Check out my pics for a FM 40 single in/dual out set up..... JB

Stock pipe diameter is 2.25" so you may as well go with 2.25" inlet and outlet diameter. If you go with larger pipe you will lose low-end torque.
