Unhappy Tundra v8 Stumbles

Was wondering if any one is experiencing this:

I have a 2003 Tundra V8, when I floor it from a dead stop it seems to hesitate till about 3000 rpm. The truck pulls harder if I give it partial gas from a dead stop.

That’s completely normal. The onboard computers won’t allow W.O.T. from a dead stop. This is done to prevent damage to the drive train.
