Trannsmission drain plug on my ’05 Tundra is at the back of the pan, which is higher than the front of the pan when the tranny is level. Does it make sense that I should raise the front of the truck so the bottom of the pan is tilted back, and then level the tranny to refill it?

Also, the “05tundratranoper.pdf” states the fill amount for “Transmission pan and drain plug removal” is only 1.37 US qts. Is this the same “drain and refill” that the dealer does, or do they do different process?
