Default Intalling new engine with trans attached?

Has anyone installed an engine in a tundra with the transmission attached? The service manual only has directions to do the separately but access to the bolts to connect the torque converter to the engine is blocked by the power steering rack assembly. any suggestions?

I think you posted in the wrong place. This is for 07 and newer vehicles. I do believe that most of us are still on our 1st engines.

The "Engine and Drivetrain" section is for everyone, not just 2nd generation Tundras, as far as I know.
