Exclamation ARG, HELP! (in-line fuel filter not sealing properly)

just changed the fuel filter. used a filter from autozone, took off the old one, put on the new one. kind of difficult to get the old one off due to the lines being so far inside the filter, but got it off. worked the new one back in place.

now the front doesn't seal properly! as soon as the line is pressurized, it drips from the front. if the engine is running, it drips really bad.

what did i do??? how can i fix it???

im gonna go and then im gonna take off the new filter and look at the front fuel line section .

any suggestions, please let me know !

You probably ripped the o-ring when you did the switch. Put new O-rings on it.
