Default near 120K miles, what should i replace?

2002 v8 tundra.

as i am fast approaching 120K miles, i was wondering what you guys recommend as wear replacement items. specifically, is it time to replace the upper/lower radiator hoses? How about the thermostat? [all originals] every 30k miles i do a coolant flush (which will be at 120K), so i am asking the above since they come naturally once the radiator is drained.

the current serpentine belt has approx 60k miles on it, but the tensioner is the original, any need to replace the tensioner at 120k?

fyi, the timing belt/stuff was all done at 90k, so i am safe there.

Gear and x-case every 30K with syn
Flush radiator every 60K
Change plugs every 60k-80K
Change fuel filter at 100K (the post 2000 vehicles have the filter in the gas tank, it can get very ugly).
Exhaust hangers at 100K
Shocks, strut mounts, strut bearings, dust boots at 100K (it you havent replaced them already)
PS flush every 30K
Water pump at 100K
Tune-up at 100K for the injectors
Bearings at 100K

This list can go on and on and they can cost arm and leg if you are going to have some one do it for u. If you are hands on, they all should come up within $1500, the major cost being shocks and water pump installation.

Check what has been done against this list and take it from there..

Well Imo I wouldnt wait 60-80k for plugs. I do mine every 2 years or 30k miles, whichever is first.

Add air filter and transmission service to the above list. Hoses, yes. Thermostat, yes. Serpentine tensioner, no.
