Default E3 Spark Plugs

I searched the forums but didn't find any threads about these plugs. The guys on Powerblock TV's Horsepower section didi a test on them and apparently they do increase your HP and help your gas mileage. Has anyone installed them on any type of vehicle yet? I'd like to hear some "field" reports before I plunk down $7 per plug!

I have tried all sort of esoteric high dollar plugs since they started appearing. The only time they offer an improvement is when the old plugs were too worn and needed replacing anyway. The trick is to do instrumented testing with proper experimental controls, as opposed to just slapping them in place of worn plugs and then relying on -o-meter to gauge the results. I have never seen as much as a tenth improvement with such plugs at the dragstrip.

Here is an emoticon to represent exotic spark plugs:

I've got them on my 06 DC and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have other mods, so couldn't tell you if they made a power difference, but I do know that since putting them on, there is less pinging under hard acceleration and I get about 17 mpg's under normal driving conditions and can get 19+ on the road, as long as I'm nice to the gas pedal. They definitely haven't hurt anything and aren't the most expensive aftermarket plugs...

I just put them on my '08 DC tundra with no other mods yet but my mileage is running 14.3 MPG at best. I have a lead foot and I know that doesn't help mileage.
