I noticed there are a couple of superchargers for the 4.7L for sale on
e-bay right now. Is the 4.7L supercharger back? Does anyone know if
TRD are going to release a SC for the 2005 4.7L (282 HP stock)?

Toyota is still working on the S/C for the '04. If I were to guess, I would give it about another year and a half for the '05.

Default Kenne Bell Boost a pump

I have a 2000 Tundra V8 w/TRD supercharger. I want to install the Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump. Does anyone have any info in respect to which wire feeds the positive voltage to the fuel pump. It should be housed within the wire harness under the drivers seat. Just need to know what color wire to cut.

Thanks in advance,
TundraMan

Are you having lean-out problems at high RPM's? I used to have a
TRD supercharged 3.4L Tacoma and unfortunately the standard TRD setup
still needs work in order to get the supercharged engine running its best.

The 7th injector with a third parry controller (TRD's controller was non-programable) worked. But the best solution was installing larger injectors,
larger fuel pump, and a programable computer to control the injectors.

I'm just wondering of the supercharged 4.7L engines have the same issues
that the 3.4L did? (e.g. non-optimal fuel map and high RPM lean out)

Honestly, i'm not sure if it's leaning out or not. Just wanted it for insurance. I picked up the Boost-A-Pump from a friend of a friend. I did figure out which wire supplies positive voltage to the fuel pump. It's the blue wire with orange stripes.

I went to the expo yesterday and there were a few TRD reps there that said TRD will not be producing the S/C for the Tundra any longer.

Default Why?

Any idea why they are no longer producing the supercharger?
