• Includes a supplemental injector that creates an “intercooling effect,” permitting higher boost levels for increased efficiency
and enhanced power and torque.

• Provides fuel map and spark timing tables fine-tuned by TRD engineers to offer peak engine
performance.

• Features Multiple Spark Discharge that aids combustion efficiency at all RPMs.

Hey Steve-
Is this a piggyback ECU that controls the additional injector and ignition timing or replacement for the OEM?

Joey....i believe all TRD superchargers must be ran on 91 or higher to maintain it's warranty.

Actually I am some what concerned with MPG. The numbers will influence my decision to buy. I was waiting for a good lift to come out. However, I think I might use my lift/wheels/tires fund to get this Bad Boy. Any word on the install price ?

Steve G says around 8 hours to install. At dealer rates, it still seems reasonable considering the extra warranty they throw in.

235HP vs. 353HP? What are they talking about here? The 4.7 makes 245HP at the crank but certainly not 235HP at the wheels. Is it 353HP at the crank or wheels?

239lbft vs 359lbft? Again, the 4.7 makes 315 at the crank so if it is 359lbft at the crank, that certainly would not be impressive.

I heard that the test units were running somewhere around 335 HP and 450lbft at the crank. What are the real numbers because the ones listed do not make any sense...

It's my understanding that all the numbers are @crank

The horsepower in California trucks is 235 due to a more restrictive exhaust.

The rest are 245 hp....253-245=108 additional

108 as a percentage of 235= 46%

I am not sure how they came up with their percentages??
