Lightbulb Hypertech Power Programer III

hey guys check this out, i saw it on Hot Rod TV and they gave it great reviews, looks pretty shweet.

It's supposed to be a dummy-proof CPU settings optimizer. It plugs in at the diagnostic port, and it added 90hp and 150ft/lbs of torque to the GM duramax diesel.

It kinda looks like it's only set up for the big three at this time, but i'm trying to get in contact with them, and i'll let you all know what they say.

aside from the power optimizer, it's also capable (but not for all models) of setting your octane preference, adjusting the speedo to new tires, setting cooling fan temperatures, adjusting tranny shift points and firmness, and a couple more options.

here's the link... http://www.hypertech-inc.com/

If it'd do all this for my tundra, i'd say it's worth every penny of $350.00, so i'm hoping they start writing the software for imports like NOW!!!

Same here but at the current production rate of the Tundra it's not likely to happen. Most people who drive a Tundra aren’t interested in this sort of thing! There are 120,000 Tundra’s made a year compared to 800,000 Chevy trucks made a year.

800,000 chevys from plants that are only capable of about 450,000???? That's amazing!

Sure it and Ford produces about 900,000 trucks! It's actually GMC and Chevy combined not just Chevy trucks.

If you go to hypertechs website there is a request servey. You just click on the vehicle that there are no products for and the website states that your request will be given to the sales department at hypertech.
