Default Bassani X-Muffler in Cali?

I am looking at exhausts right now. I am debating over Borla or Bassani deuces. I have read all the threads about the comparisons. I was looking at the Bassani w/ X-Muffler. I know its illegal to install in California. I just wanted some epinions on installing it and replacing it with the stock muffler for the smog check.
Anything else to think about?
Thanks

Are you concerned with looks, or sound? If it's sound, save the cash and get a spintech, if it's looks, save the cash, and get some flows on there!

Also, you should check in on the lifted truck thread....
