the pulley is listed for 99-02 models, but is it wrong to assume it will work on 03 models as well??
I think it will work.
If you do get one order it COD. Mike has a patent (or so he says) on 15, 20 & 25% under drive pulleys for our motor so any of them out there come from him.
yea, i was thinking about ordering it from the site listed earlier in the thread. even though i live decnetly close to mikes shop i may just try and pick one up there. i have his email, but was wondering if he has a site url, it can be PMd to me or on AIM or email at slowcamry@houston.rr.com to avoid conflict with wahtever rules there are on here.

Well I am finally getting around to putting the pulley on. Dismantling the OEM pulley was easy enuff, but I cant get the UD one on! it only slides on about 3/8" even w/ oiling. The stock one goes on and off very easy and the key is towards the back so I dont think im butting up against it in the wrong orientation. Not much room to persuade that bugger on. The ID of the bore is 0.002" smaller than the stocker so thats were my friction is comming from.
Any ideas????

Heat the new pulley up in the oven (about 125). Heat expands and cold contracts.
The same thing happened to me during my installation. It will go right on when it's heated up. Don't burn your self.
I was doing a little surfing last night and out of curiosity went to ASP's site to see what they are charging for the pulley. They have dropped the price from $175 to $125 if anyone is interested (Part #331340).

Try https://www.aspracing.com then click on view cart and you will get a blank shopping cart. Enter the part number 331340 and hit GO and the part will come up. Funny thing though - since I saw the $125 price on Thursday night, they have raised the price back up a little to $150. What's up with that? A sudden interest perhaps?
Good luck!
