Question 4X2 Transmission and LSD Diff fliuid change recommendations??

I would like to have the best possible/lowest wear fluids in my 2003 Tundra V8 4X2 with a Limited slip differential without voiding any warrantees...

Please recommend fluid type/additives and first change point and change intervals for:

Transmission

Limited Slip Differential

Power Steering

I have read recent threads about recommended vs specified fluids and warantees related to the transmission. I would also like clarification of fluid quality levels...'boutique fluids' or highest quality(?) Amsoil, Redline synthetics; then synthetics for the masses - Mobil 1, Valvoline, Castrol and Pennzoil products and then 'Dino' or conventional petroleum based products...

I drive huge miles annually...my last Toyota engine (96 Corolla 1.6 liter twin cam) was running strong at 267,000 miles when totalled in an accident. I used Castrol Syntec blend throughout it's life.

I want the best possible fluids to hopefully assure long life for my new Tundra!

All thoughts are welcome!

Thanks,

Brad

Transmission--you can only use Toyota's T-IV ATF in your '03.

Differential--I like Schaeffer or Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil in the viscosity specified in your owner's manual. If it already comes with synthetic Toyota gear oil, keep that. Redline is excellent and pricey.

Power steering--probably nothing wrong with Toyota's stuff--it's just undyed ATF. You can replace it with synthetic ATF that meets the spec in your owner's manual. Lubegard has a good steering additive, but don't know why you'd need it.

I do like to install filters on the transmission and power steering. Magnefine and SPXFiltran are two brands of in-line filters with internal magnets. The transmission will use a 3/8" filter in the hose to the cooler (hot, thin, oil filters better), and the steering will use a 1/2" filter in the return line to the reservoir.
