1. Have you done anything to your drive shaft, such as a retainer. None needed you can get a loop if you want. the added hp is gradual

2. Have you noticed any frame flex from the added HP. none, the tundra is a very surdy frame with 9 subframe connectors

3. Do you have any concerns over frame flexing/cracking. none

4. Can the drive shaft itself handle the added hp. yes (Per TSPin houston)

5. Do you beat the bag out of your truck on a regular basis. only when I get challenged

6. When you drive regular, do you notice a decrease/increase in fuel economy. YEs beter hwy milage and same for city

7. When not running at WOT, do you hear the turbo (such as at idle or regular around town driving). the turbo is loud at wot ( louder than an 18 wheeler on the hwy. ),and sounds like a dump truck most of the time.

Thank you very much in advance.

Ron
i hope this helps you make a choice. if you live in houston let me know i will take you for a spin.

Default Thanks man

TSP has done some really good research for these trucks. I have spoken to STS at length and they are going to handle my truck at a local shop, as I live in NH. I am getting the full rig, with unichip, just have to wait a few weeks. Thanks for answering the questions!

Ron

Put my deposit down today on my kit. I should have it all by the latest end of Feb. Pretty stoked now.

I'll give it a try, it's kind of hard to get too far away from the house with twins. I'll try to find a closer dyno than the one in Worcester (hour away).

Does anyone know if Nitrousfed has helped out the STS guys.??......this has all the earmarks. I would just love to see some real data on one of these Turbo Tundra's other than the 2 pics...and a newcomer with 7 posts. I don't doubt...I would just like to see an intelligent post by someone from STS.
