Question Anyone with the new design axle seals leaking?

I have seen the posts about rear axle seal problems, and what many have done with the vent for the rear differential to try to eliminate any pressure buildup. What I cannot tell if anyone has had problems with the new design seals that came out 8/6/2003.

My 2001 Sequoia just had the right rear seal blow, and the dealer replaced the seal and put all new brakes on both rear wheels. Many people have had problems repeatably, but I don't think so with the new design.

If you had a rear axle seal replaced, was it one of the new designs since 8/6/2003?

Yes- I have had the right rear axle seal replaced now 3 times since July - twice with the new seals and counting.
