Default rev limiter for v 6 ??

does a v6 tundra have a rev limiter and if it does is there anyway i can undue it???

go outside and punch it in neutral, youll find out real fast! I dont know if it has a limiter, but I dont have a tach anyway, so I couldnt tell you where it redlines or backs off.

Your V6 does have a built in speed governor.
Once you reach a certain speed/engine rpm the ECU shut's you down.
It feels like you just dropped anchor.

Where does it cut in? I hit 90+ to pass a truck last week and didn't feel it kick in (or cut out).

I don't think I have ever seen a Tundra without a tach? You got any pics?

104 - 107 mph depending on rpm's.
