It looks good. It's AEM Style air-intake. I comes with a lot of gizmos and even a place to relocate the MAF. Cheap too $89.99....any thoughts guys and gals?

Looks like a re-vamped K&N FIPK to me. I love this line:

the red filter is not included, but everything else is. i did some independent testing on it. unfortunately it does not fit the 2003+ models.
if an open element intake system is what you're after, then it's a pretty good deal.
OK, thanks. So back to KLS's question, what did your independent testing reveal in regards to benefits (if any)?
Thanks,
Jim.

But it's legit right? It will fit my truck? It's not some whack "rice" product that " can" fit anything right?
Well ok then. I mean I'll probably switch out the fitler for a K&N or APexi down the line.
Do you know if the cheesy OTTO-R sticker is already applied or do I have the option of burning it?

Why did you reply to my post? (I'm not that one that has this thing nor have I tested it like bloodypulp has.) To me, without any hard numbers, coupled with the way the product description reads, I'd be very skeptical as to any benefits you'd see for your $90 bucks.
OK, time to plug my product!
If you're looking for a cold air system check out my Ram Air Performance System available at the TS Store for $99. This works as described as others will tell you on this site.
If you want a shiny piece of chrome that may or may not add any performance benefits (?), then by the OTTO-R. However, here's an alternative that is a K&N FIPK knock-off:
(The pictures aren't loading for some reason. Search on "tundra intake" and you'll see lots of 'em.) At least with this kit you'll more than likely gain HP at the top end (above 3000 RPM) as is well documented on this site for the FIPK.
Hope this helps...
Seee-ya,
Jim.

other than lacking provisions for 03+ models and including a breather filter, it is the same as the SS autochrome and most other ebay intakes. they're all from the same overseas manufacturer, but repackaged. same performance.
the inclusion of the breather filter makes it a better deal than the others.
don't have to recirculate vapors into intake stream.
the stupid sticker is not applied on the tube.

Sorry Tremo. I just hit reply, because I was in a hurry to get out and get me a Whopper Mmmmm and it was good the french fries wern't, but eyy "what ju gonna do?"
Oh and does it come with directions? And How was the fit and finish? Was it noticably crap or was it pretty well constructed?
Also I just don't understand the RAPS...It looks like a leafblower? Where's the element located? Or How does it look installed?
Again, what's the point? Extra $90 in your jeans? Something to point to and brag about? Make your truck faster?...fuggedabowdit.
Ken

Tremo---Looking at your RAPS system and the installation instructions what is the difference between the one you show for the combined vs. the one you show for the original stock air box system? Can either one be used on an 02 with just the stock air box?

The installation instructions are combined, not the kits. e.g. There are two versions of the RAP System: one for the K&N FIPK and another for the stock air box.
The links to "Original FIPK System" and "Original Stock Air Box System prior to 6/03" are for the previous version of the kit which I'm no longer selling. I'll remove those links since they're no longer needed...
Seee-ya,
Jim.
