Awhile back there was a guy who said turning a screw in the engine like clockwise or somthing would make the truck accel faster if i remmeber right. Ever since i turned it i think my truck idles lower now, and accels slower. A regular idle on my truck is below 500. What is the regular idle? i got 15k on the truck.

I think it was the fuel pressure regulator that people were messing with. You might want to turn it back. I think v8toilet has a picture of it in his photos.
