Default Anyone have a buzz/humming noise????

Everytime I pay attention and drive down the road at a particular speed/level of depressed gas pedal I will experience a weird buzzing noise. The noise is directly related to the gas pedal, if I press harder or let up it will go away. Has anyone else had this noise and if so what is it??? Isn't harmful or just something the truck does? Sounds like it is coming from the rear of the truck. Thanks to all in advance whom reply!!!

Fred!

Sounds like an exhaust heat shield. Our trucks have a few.

Get underneath when cold and do a hands on check of the pipes, cats, muffler and shields by tapping on them to see if any are loose.

Good luck.
