I'm running 20" wheels on my truck. If I got a flat tire could I use the 15" spare tire on the rear sidewith a limited slip diff? Or do I have to run the 15 up front to prevent dammage to the drivetrain.

I don't think you'll damage the drivetrain, although while running different size tires on the axle with the LSD you will wear the clutch packs excessively. Consider it as the other member said a 'limp along' but if you can get a full size spare (outer diameter) do it. It doesn't have to be the same tire, in fact--you can go with a cheapie for the spare if necessary. If the outer diamter of your wheels is 31" for example, get a 31" spare.
