So the Sportsman is louder than the Pro Street? Interesting. What about the Sportsman XL, quieter than that regular Sportsman? BTW, 1spiffyTRD's video doesn't work so I still haven't heard a Pro Street.

I just uploaded a stationary A/V clip of my '00 Tundra 4.7L with S&S headers and a 1 into 2 FM 40 series... and a clip of my revving a bit.

HERE it is.

Hard to believe that the Aero turbine sounds that good by just replacing the stock muffler. Thanks for all the videos. Anyone know if they will effect towing at all? Guessing not since it is still a single exhaust system....

Trust me that's all that was done except for a 3" diameter X 10" long SS Magnaflow 15 degree angle rolled tip at the stock side exit location.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to syphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????

Default Modified JBA EVOL catback system

All the piping after the muffler was cuttoff. Only other mod is the AEM intake system.

tundra10x is the aero turbine 2.5 inch..it is more of a flowmaster sound..and bassani is a little meatier than that..i've heard both in person..and bassani being a little louder also..

tundra10x and lgl002 have the same muffler..except lgl002 has a 3 inch magnaflow tip on his..read his posts for the difference he stated in sound..

my truck has the bassani split side duals w/ x pipe..3 inch piping all around..cat back system..4 inch tips on each side..

I've noticed now that it's gotten much colder outdoors that it seems louder. Why cold weather would change that I have no idea unless sound travels better when it's cold. There's no soft material inside the Aero-Turbine or anywhere else in the exhaust system. I do notice some drone now also but it's not objectionable. The tip was added several weeks after the muffler and it made the sound somewhat deeper. The only other change in the truck since the exhaust are four new red/blue Bilstein shocks. Bottom line is I'd do it again because the sound has some tone to it and it's not harsh or just flat noisy.
