Default 1999 Tacoma MAF problem, need help.

Hello guys. I have a 1999 Tacoma v6 auto TRD. I absolutely love this truck except for a few things. The main problem is the MAF (Mass Air Flow). I know it is located in the air intake somewhere from the air filter to the intake, that's about it!!
Can someone give me exact instructions for cleaning it? If so please go step by step in plain English so I won't mess up.
Thanks, Lola.

Guys I really don't know how to do this. If there is a link to "how to" I would really appreciate it.
