Default Help with TSB's Etc?...Back after long break..

Hey Guys (and Gals),
I have not easy access to a computer for about a year but I am now back to peruse the TS site once more. I have joined the club and am looking for some advise. My truck is a 2001 Tundra Access, 4x4 with the V8. Thunder Gray, Cornfeds in the front and some ad-a-leafs from Carson on the back. Other than that, she is pretty stock. There are 56K miles on her. I have noticed some things lately, steering has a sort of vibration knock in it when on bumpy dirt roads, brakes don't stop for sh*t even after a brake job (not TSB job). Also, sounds like an exhaust sputter from under the hood. Among other things, seatbelt tensioner on driver side sucks as well. I know some of these things will be covered under warranty or TSB but with 56K on the truck, what CAN I get done at Toyota's expense. What else should I be looking out for?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.

Unless you have a very understanding dealer, for most TSB's you are out of warranty.
