I,d never trade my single 3" for a dual 2.5". Night and day for sound and performance.

after reading all 9 pages of this thread seems like most people who bought the monster banks exhaust system is pretty much happy. nice sound, no drone, maybe a bit drop on the low end but overall satisfied. i'm still on the edge of the fence since maybe most of you are running stock tires? i'll be on 35's and was wondering if i'm just shooting myself in the foot if i go with this exhaust? any thoughts besides search so more?? hehe...

I had banks on a 2005 V8 AC Limited and it was ok. This exhaust can barely be heard if any while at idle. When you put your foot into it it sounds cool but this is really only when you really punch it. If I was to do exhaust again I would 100% buy something else other than banks. This is just my 2 cents worth. Good luck

Just had a representative from Banks call me and the questions i asked instead of emailing me he called me personally...thought that was pretty great! He mentioned no droning at all with this exhaust which was great because i read somewhere someone had droning but that probably was because he removed the rosonator? As far as tone a bit deeper not too loud or annoying to wake up the neighbors. As far as power gains, he said it'll wake up the motor a bit, he said realistically around 8-10hp gain.

So i'm thinking about doing this within the next month or so...did some searches and so far a lot of people liked this exhaust...whether they felt a drop in low end or not they liked it...seems whether i go this route or the dual borlas, the borlas had the same issues as far as losing a bit on the low end...
