Default What Is This Used For?

Just got back from a quick trip to the grocery store and noticed something dripping from the passenger side. I went under the truck and noticed that some sort of fluid was dripping from a rubber piece, that almost looks like a gasket. It's attached to the rear wall of the engine compartment. Any help would be apprecated.

That's the drain line for the optional catheter tube.

What is draining from it? Should I be concerned?

That appears to be the drain for your A/C condenser. That's just water dripping from your tuck.

That is unless you had your A/C off the whole time (defrost uses A/C too). Then you might have issues.
