Looking to put a deeper exhuast note on my new Tacoma with the 4.0 engine. I really enjoy the stock sound, especially in higher rpm's when the vvti kicks in.

However, I think a flowmaster would probably sound real nice with this engine. Don't know if it is comparable or not, but I have heard a couple Tundra's with them and they sound awesome! We have a custom exhaust place in Frederick that does nice work. They did my flowmaster and bigger piping on my Nissan hardbody. Good prices and nice quality. Anyways, just wondering if anyone has put on a flowmaster yet? Since the exhuast is full stainless... this is my plan:
Stainless Flowmaster
Cut out stock muffler and weld in flowmaster
Might go with bigger pipe after muffler, don't know yet...
Any suggestions, comments, ideas? Thanks.
