Default 05' with Flowmaster?

Looking to put a deeper exhuast note on my new Tacoma with the 4.0 engine. I really enjoy the stock sound, especially in higher rpm's when the vvti kicks in. However, I think a flowmaster would probably sound real nice with this engine. Don't know if it is comparable or not, but I have heard a couple Tundra's with them and they sound awesome! We have a custom exhaust place in Frederick that does nice work. They did my flowmaster and bigger piping on my Nissan hardbody. Good prices and nice quality. Anyways, just wondering if anyone has put on a flowmaster yet? Since the exhuast is full stainless... this is my plan:
Stainless Flowmaster
Cut out stock muffler and weld in flowmaster
Might go with bigger pipe after muffler, don't know yet...

Any suggestions, comments, ideas? Thanks.
-Sam

Default warranty?

Does putting another exhaust system void anything with the warranty?

you can alter the exhaust all you want, if down the road the exhaust you

altered goes bad and your still under warrenty, it will not be covered as its

not Toyota brand anymore. You can change whatever you want on the

truck, the only time that the warrenty might not cover your failing part is if

toyota can prove the mod that you did caused the damage. unlikely on an

exhaust.

I found the Flowmaster 40 series rocks on the 3.4, I can only imagine

the 05 would sound even better. most of the other brands ive seen

are to quiet. And dont even think of getting a TRD. My last one didnt even

hit 80,000 before it grenaded.
