I've since purchased a Haynes repair manual and didn't find a reference to either. Where are these bolts and at what torque should they be tightened? Sure appreciate this site

TSB repairs are ususally only performed if the vehicle exhibits a problem identified by a published TSB and a customer complaint of the problem was made. TSB's are not preventive maintenance although some dealers have performed TSB repairs on owner request. Short answer, being a certified used vehicle does not insure any TSB's have been performed on the vehicle.
The propeller shaft is what Toyota calls the front/rear drive shafts. Only 4x4's have zerks on the drive/propeller shaft.
