Default Certified used vehicles and TSB and propeller shaft question

I recently purchased a 2002 Tundra extended cab SR-5 V-8 Tundra (a Toyota certified used vehicle). Two questions: by virtue of this being a certified used vehicle, are/should any of the TSB items addressed prior to sale? Secondly, in the scheduled maintenance guide, it makes reference to "lubricate the propeller shaft" and "re-torque the propeller shaft bolt" at 15,000 mile intervals. I've since purchased a Haynes repair manual and didn't find a reference to either. Where are these bolts and at what torque should they be tightened? Sure appreciate this site

TSB repairs are ususally only performed if the vehicle exhibits a problem identified by a published TSB and a customer complaint of the problem was made. TSB's are not preventive maintenance although some dealers have performed TSB repairs on owner request. Short answer, being a certified used vehicle does not insure any TSB's have been performed on the vehicle.

The propeller shaft is what Toyota calls the front/rear drive shafts. Only 4x4's have zerks on the drive/propeller shaft.

Center Support Bearing Bolts - 30 ft. lbs.
Flange Yoke Bolts - 54 ft. lbs.
