I need to know: viscosity, dino vs synthetic.

Can't help you as the item number isn't a "valid" Toyota part number in the USA - seems to be a "Canadian" Toyota part number. Try these guys for assistance.

If I had to guess, it would just be a dino LSD additive compatible to 75-90 gear lube weights.
