Wink off with flowmaster

tried #50 flowmaster, after 300 miles, put stock back on. IMO, the stock system performs batter than the #50. with the stock muffler back on, the transmission works better, everything is just smoother operating.

From what I have read here the Flowmaster mufflers aren't the best flowing aftermarket mufflers out there. They are louder, but not necessairly less restrictive. You might want to consider Aero-Turbine, Magnaflow, Borla, Bassani, or Spin Tech mufflers. They have all recived good reviews from people here.

I'll bet the smoothness came from the fact the stock muffler is quieter and thus vibrates less. I know my TRD muffler sends some vibrations back into the cab, where stock was smooth as silk. Just my experience.
