We've been having good results with any good brand of 80W-90 conventional gear oil or 75W-90 synthetic gear oil. If you are in a cold winter climate, 75W-90 synthetic in the rear differential, transfer case, and front differential are a smart idea. Mobil 1 is very good and easily available. Red Line and Amsoil are very good, but pricier and harder to find.
