Drive 10+ miles to warm up the diff. Get a 24mm socket and probably 4 QTS of gear oil. You also need a funnel with a short (4-6 inch) flexible tube on the end. Check owners manual for how much gear oil and what grade (probably 75W140 unless you have the TRD LSD). Use the 24mm socket and remove the fill bolt FIRST, from the back side of the diff. If you cant get the fill bolt out, but you drained the diff, you are stuck with no gear oil and a truck you cant drive. After getting the fill bolt loose, remove the drain bolt and drain into an oil pan. Clean the metal shavings (metallic sludge) off of the magnetic drain bolt. Replace the drain bolt and torque it (I dunno what torque, I just get it tight). Use the funnel and tube to add gear oil to the fill bolt until it dribbles back out the hole. Replace fill bolt and torque it. Drive around a couple of days and make sure you arent leaking. Oh yeah, use synthetic gear lube, like Mobil 1.
