Are you talking about aftermarket headers or stock? Obviously, stock will. Aftermarket ones such as JBA, SS Autochrome will bolt up without any mods. Others will require cutting and welding. It's not hard to do, just need some patience.
for that kinda money, you could get the jba's and installed! you dont even have to get dirty...more power, no carb legal issues. sounds like a winner to me.
most shops will charge about 400 to install headers as it is a PITA, takes about a day. or you could do it yourself in the drive and have a buddy come over, slam back a few cold ones and do it that way.

MODS: who cares, nothing you have'nt heard already
I have been running the SS autochrome headers for over a year and I am very satisfied with them. Quicker acceleration and about 20-25 more miles on a full tank. They took me about 4hrs to install using a friends shop & tools.
Twice I've missed the TS Group Buy on JBA Headers. I have searched the entire web .... there is no better price. ( 99.99% sure ) Check it out. The JBA 2010SJT Tit. - $567 and the JBA 2010S Stainless - $432
I am not missing this one. Good luck all and Happy 4th of July.

Hi Guys:
I'm new here on teh forum. My manifolds on my 2001 Tundra are warped. Dealer wants $1,300 just for labor, offering the parts for "free". Are these headers a good option with the stock exhausts? How does one get in on a "group by"?

They will be just fine with the stock exhaust. You will get more power and likely better mileage. They will bolt right up to what you have.
If you go to the "Group Buys" area of the forum (under the "Dealers, Vendors and Classifieds Forums" section) and click the thread that says " OPEN GROUP BUY: SUMMER TS/JBA TUNDRA SEQUOIA & TACOMA HEADERS EXHAUST" you will get all the info you need. That is an awesome price being offered. Don't miss it.
$1,300 is waaaay to much to pay for labor. You should be able to get your headers installed at a shop for 300-400. Shop around.
