Engine & DrivetrainDiscussions about the engine and drivetrain of your vehicle.
This is a discussion thread titled "Header install in KC area", within the Engine & Drivetrain forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
I want to have JBA headers installed soon due to an exhaust manifold leak, but have been unable to find a resonable price in the Kansas City / Topeka, Kansas area. The best price I have found so far is over $1,500.00
Does anyone know of a good place in the KC or Topeka area that will do the install for a reasonable price ($300-$500).
You might check with whoever you purchased your headers from they may be able to recommend someone in your area.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to syphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
Thanks...I don't actually have the headers yet. I got in on the group buy and I am waiting for them to be delivered. Do you think that JBA would know of a shop in this area?

They're may a contact in your area. It won't hurt to try. You might also check local muffler shops to get prices and to see which ones you might get a warm fuzzy feeling from working on your truck.
