Default Timing belt change time, and what else?

Ok, I know this topic's been covered numerous times but my efforts at searching are coming up kinda light.

I've got over 90K on my 03 Tundra V8 and it's timing belt change time. I know from reading that it's smart to replace the waterpump, the thermostat, the belt tensioner and serpentine belt at the same time.

My question is this, what else should I have them do while things are torn apart?...The dealer is quoting $319 for the timing belt, around $500 if I include the waterpump so from what I can tell these are fair prices and I'd like to get as much taken care of as is prudent.

Those of you who've had it done, what extra to my list above did you do if you don't mind sharing.

I haven't done the 90k service yet but will be probably around the first of the year. On my 2000, the dealership is telling me front and rear differential fluid changes, transfer case, timing belt, water pump, oil change, air filter change, coolant change, spark plugs, rotate/ balance tires, 44k in the gas tank, and transmission fluid change. Those are the important ones. They want $1100 I'll do a few things myself like I've done before just to save a little $$.
