Wink factory exhaust

it's back on to stay, and it was missed. there is no doubt it my mind, that the stock set will perform better, in the low to midrange.

i had the banks, and the magnaflow; #14586, hooked to a 2.5'' exhaust pipe. the factory still works better, for low an midrange. that's my experience. i have had three tundras.

I am happy that I stayed with the OE cat-back on my Tundra.

I installed a FlowBastard cat-back on my T100 and lost power.

Stay with stock and be happy ~

Default Going back to factory exhaust

I have the Borla cat back system on my 02 Tundra. This is my first Tundra and I bought it used with the Borla exhaust. I'm past the rumble macho sound and would like to just quiet the truck back to close to factory. My question is if I change out the muffler with a good quality low db muffler will it do what I want. I would like to keep the dual tail pipes & tips to save $. Also does anyone have a suggest for a quality brand of muffler? Any suggestions welcome since I have little experience with this truck.

thanks,
hunter450
